In our newsletter of April 2024, we informed you about the dates of our two FSSC-22000 V6 audits by Bureau Veritas scheduled in May and June 2024. The first phase audit was scheduled on Monday the 27th of May and though we knew that we were well prepared and complied with all the norms, we were still a bit nervous as we did not know exactly what to expect. Luckily we were assigned with a very friendly but strict auditor from Bureau Veritas and we look back on a good and successful first phase audit that we passed without any comments!
The second phase audit was scheduled for the 2nd week of June but we were unfortunately required to postpone this audit due to understaffing in combination with a huge workload as business is going well. This is of course good news but the combination of both factors made us decide to take some extra time to reduce the time pressure and make sure that all is in order to successfully pass the second phase audit as well! The second phase audit is due to the upcoming summer holidays scheduled in the first next possibility of Bureau Veritas being first half of October 2024.
We are looking forward to successfully passing this second phase audit as well and are working hard to continually prepare for this! We will inform you about our FSSC-22000 certification journey in our upcoming newsletters so stay tuned!
